For our Client, globally recognised company in travel industry, we are currently looking for candidates interested in the field of Office Administration.

Your new role
The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to the overall team, including handling confidential or sensitive information. This role plays a vital part to ensure the smooth-running of the office. He/she will manage office administration, contacts external providers, represents the company brand maintaining the highest standards through communication via telephone, email and personal contact.

What you’ll need to succeed
Minimum secondary level qualifications or equivalent. Minimum 1 year clerical or administrative experience, preferably in an international organisation. Fluent written and spoken English, other languages is an advantage. Excellent organisational skills and detail orientation. We are looking for proactive Candidates with positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
